The Annual Shareholders meeting of Viglacera Corporation – JSC (trading code: VGC, HOSE stock exchange) which was organized on 26th June 2019 at Hanoi National Convention Center already passed lots of significant contents which help to set a positive start for the new term 2019 – 2024 with huge turning points. The new Board of Management and Supervisory Board were elected in the meeting and officially are introduced publicly today.

In the morning of 3rd June 2019, Viglacera Corporation – JSC held monthly progress meeting to evaluate the business result of May and first 5 months of the year, at the same time to announce the mission and production & business plan for June 2019

On 29th May 2019, Viglacera Corporation – JSC officially received the decision on listing shares on Ho Chi Minh Stock exchange (HoSE) and 29th May 2019 is also the first trading day of VGC shares on HoSE

In the morning of 10th May 2019. Viglacera Corporation – JSC held the monthly progress meeting to evaluate business result of April 2019 and announce the production & business plan for May 2019.

On 25th April 2019, Mr René Mesa Villafana – Cuba Minister of Construction, Ms Lianys Torres Rivera – Cuba ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary in Vietnam had a visit at Viglacera Corporation. Representatives welcoming them are Mr Le Manh Hung – Deputy Minister of Construction, Mr Nguyen Anh Tuan – Viglacera Corporation General Director and other leaders, Directors of Member Units and experts who are going to work for Viglacera ‘s project in Cuba in the future.

In the moring of 11th April 2019, in Binh Duong, Viglacera Float Glass company had honor to welcome the Premier of Thüringen State – Mr Bodo Ramelow, Germany ‘s Consul General in Ho Chi Minh city – Mr Andreas Siegel and other representatives of the State Authority, Universities, Researching Institutes and German Enterprises which sign agreement to train Viglacera’s employee in Thüringen State.
