Viglacera Corporation organized the seminar state capital withdrawal - investment opportunity
On 25/5/2018, Viglacera Corporation - Joint Stock Company cooperated with MB Securities JSC to organized the seminar "State capital withdrawal - investment opportunity of Viglacera Corporation - Joint Stock Company" for the purpose of divestment 80.579 .262 shares. The seminar was held at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange in Ho Chi Minh City - 16 Vo Van Kiet, District 1. The program attracted a large number of domestic and foreign investors.

Promoting the results achieved in 2017, in 2018 Viglacera implements a stable and sustainable development strategy, production and business targets will continue to grow in all areas of activity , with the target that parent company's profit target will increase to over 11% and keep dividend at 9.5%.
The seminar attracted a large number of domestic and foreign investors
For building materials: Viglacera focuses on investment projects to add high-tech products, "green" products such as super-white glass, energy saving glass, environmentally-friendly digital granite printing bricks; conversion of environmentally friendly fuel use in some plants; At the same time, improve the productivity, quality and design of the products of different Viglacera’s units.
For the real estate sector: Following the direction of the Government, Viglacera will focus on investing in worker housing, social housing, industrial park projects and resort real estate. Viglacera is expected to invest in worker housing in Bac Ninh, Binh Duong and Vung Tau; To invest in two new Industrial Park projects: The Industrial Park of Yen My - Hung Yen and the Industrial Park projects of Yen Phong II - C, Bac Ninh, and prepare for investment in Dong Van IV Industrial Park and to develop Van Hai Ecological Tourist Zone.
In the field of offshore investment: Viglacera continues to promote trade cooperation, joint venture investment in sanitary ware, tile and hotel investment, industrial zone investment in the Mariel Special Economic Zone in Cuba. These are potential projects and will open up many opportunities for Viglacera in Cuba.
With the State divestment at Viglacera to 36% and the Annual shareholder meeting event at the end of June, Viglacera will have a fundamental change in equity and involvement of investors in management, contributing to the development of Viglacera Corporation to new heights.
